A man named Paul Pelton, 41 has been reportedly
arrested by the police to be charged for court
over an uncivil and heartless action he exhibited
towards accident victims on Monday, 13th of
July. Paul allegedly witnessed a road crash
incident in Lorain, Ohio, which is about 30 miles
from Cleveland and instead of extending a helping
hand to the victims who were mostly children, he
pulled out his cellphone and started recording the
event while the victims battled for their lives.
