Media Controversy Trails President Buhari After His Teen Daughter Flew First Class Flight to London

Media criticisms and mixed reactions is currently trailing President Muhammdu Buhari online and social media after it was revealed that his teen daughter was spotted flying first class.

In some tweets posted on the official Twitter page of the People's Democratic Party (PDP), the main opposition party is alleging that the teenage daughter of President Muhammadu Buhari flew first class on a British Airways flight to London today. 

 

 

It can be recalled that few weeks ago, Festus Akanbi, media adviser to the Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, disclosed in a statement that President Muhammadu Buhari banned ministers and all top government officials from flying first class while embarking on official trips.

 

According to the statement, the decision was taken in a bid to reduce the amount being spent on overheard expenditure.

 

If the new revealtion by the PDP is anything to go by, then the president might have given his critics more to talk about.

 

The presidency has not reacted to this viral news as at the time of filing this report.
