A man has left two women totally shocked after he swung his manhood at them on a busy street in broad daylight.

The man, identified as Shawn Harvell, faces charges including public indecency, resisting law enforcement, criminal confinement and battery after he allegedly harassed two Indianapolis women by swinging his penis at them on the street.

 

One of the women flagged down an officer to complain that Harvell, 34, had his p*nis out of his pants in broad daylight and was “swinging it about in a rotary helicopter motion,” according to a police report obtained by RTV6.

 

The women told police that Harvell had approached them from behind, then grabbed one victim’s arm and showed her his penis.

 

He also said he had a gun, and that she was going to come with him.

 

When an officer confronted Harvell, he said he’d approached the women in order to resolve a “financial dispute.” The women told police they didn’t know him.

 

Aside from his arrest, the officer also ticketed the suspect for parking his car too close to a fire hydrant.

 

Turns out Harvell isn’t the only p*nis-waggling suspect that’s allegedly accosted passersby in Indianapolis this year. In January, James Reid Stills was arrested after he allegedly flashed his genitals at motorists while standing in an intersection.
