I have employed two house helps in the last eight months and tired of people counting for me. I recently employed another one after weeks of waiting but boy oh boy, she is very lazy. She must have chosen the job because the pay was good. She started work with me on Monday and my daughter resumed school on Tuesday, but it is like i still do all the house chores.
I know she needs time to understand my routine and get things done to my satisfaction, but I don’t think anyone needs to tell a 24-year old lady how to sweep the floor and make it clean. She has been unable to wash my daughter’s clothes well, and i wonder what she would be able to do. I don’t want to take your time, but this is my question. Do i just send her back this weekend before she stays a month and my neighbours start counting them for me. I am not a lazy person but my job gives me little time which i like to spend with my daughter and husband. Take for instance i leave home everyday by 5am.
