Woman Arrested with 193 wraps of Cocaine Concealed Inside Sweets

A young lady suspected to be trafficking hard drugs has been nabbed by the officials of the Nigerian Drug and Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA in Lagos.

Igbainoba Uche Rose, 24, from Edo State, was arrested at the Lagos airport after landing from Dubai after substances suspected to be hard drugs were found on her.

 

A suspected member of the cartel, Ofor Kamsochukwu Chimezie, was also traced and arrested. Rose, who works as a clerical officer, said she was promised N500k for the deal.

 

Rose is yet to be paid her remuneration for the illicit trade. The young lady is currently being investigated and will be charged to court soonest
