The woman is clearly a soldier who is getting married to a civilian, hence the concept for their photoshoot.
It is common knowledge that soldiers are fond of spontaneously punishing persons who have been found doing a wrong.
So, the bride-to-be is examplying the trademark of her profession and the man, a civilian, simply reponds to her whims.
