The crisis between Harrysong and his former 5 Star music labelmate, Harrysong is far from over as evident in recent statements made by the Alterplate record label boss.

This time last year, Kcee and Harrysong would easily have been listed as one of the closest duos in the music industry, but that no longer holds true.

 

The erstwhile friends and partners no longer see eye to eye.

 

At a recent show in Warri, Harrysong sang, “They sued me in court. Kcee said I’m not supposed to record. I reminded him that when Kcee was broke, he came to me to help his career. I may not have a father and mother, but I have talent. You can take everything from me but you cannot take my name. Favour is my name”

 

When Sunday Scoop contacted Harrysong to find out why he delivered such lyrics on stage, he simply said, “It is what it is. I have the freedom to say whatever I want to say and I don’t think I have committed any crime. I was simply enjoying the moment on stage and having a good time with my fans. Meanwhile, I did not say anything that is not true.”

Harrysong deletes Alter-Plate information from his social media accounts, replaces it with Five Star

A few minutes ago, Harrysong tweeted a stylish apology when he called Five Star Music his family. 

Now, he's gone ahead to delete all information related to his newly created 'Alter Plate' record label from all his social media accounts and he replaced it with Five Star Music details.

There's still no official statement for Five Star Music or Harrysong at the moment.

Five Star Music arrests Harrysong

The war between Harrysong and his estranged label, Five Star Music just got messy. Reliable sources have just confirmed to LIB that Harrysong was picked up at his home this morning by Mobile Police men. And he's currently being held on counts relating to breach of contract, fraud among other issues at an undisclosed location.

Harrysong, Former Five Star Music general has parted ways with his former management and has since unveiled his own record label.

Popular Nigerian singer, Harrison Tare Okiri, better known by his stage name as Harrysong, seems to be at war with his former management, took to his social media page on Instagram to share a photo indicating that he has left his record label.

 

However, according to reports, Harrysong still has a 2-year contract with his former label and this may thrown him into the list of artistes who have drawn the battle line with their former management.

 

Speaking on the development, a source close to the music label revealed that Harrysongs was unhappy and unsatisfied about the terms stated in his contract.

The source said further that he believes that the music label will take it up with Harrysong as they paid a lot of money to break his contract with his former music label, Kevin Luciano's Question Mark Records before they could even sign him and they have spent a lot of money on him and he still has contractual agreements with them until 2018.

 

Harrysong doesn't seem to care as he's already launched his own label.

The singer who rose to fame after his tribute song to Nelson Mandela and won the "Most Downloaded Callertune Award" at The Headies 2013, took to his Instagram page to revealed a barrage of threats he received from an obsessed lady who has vowed to get him in her bed, by any means humanly possible. 

 

 

The Delta state-born entertainer signed to Five Star Music who was tired of the obsessed lady's antics, also shared screenshots of their DM exchanges where the lady begged him for s*x and even went further to threaten him if he refuses his advances.

 

"This has been going on for like a month now..there's a Lady I thought was a fan. . She started with all the compliments ,appreciating my music and brand.. then progressed to saying she's in love with me..then progressed to request for sex..and now she's even threatening to kill me if she don't ve me on her bed..as you all know am in America currently doing my tour..people around my estate also sent messages to me now, saying there's a lady looking for my house address, desperately saying she will pay anything..that she's in love with me. Her instagram handle is @missongz wat I don't understand here is, is this still a fan love?," Harrysong wrote.

How I Got The Inspiration For Beta Pikin- Harrysong

Five Star Music signee and Reggae Blues exponent, Harrysong, has finally revealed the inspiration behind his 2013 hit-song, Beta Pikin. According to him, the song was inspired by the tears of a beautiful lady he once met in Benin.

What he said; “I wrote the song in Benin. I had attended a show, and I noticed that a woman was crying backstage. I was later told she was one of the organizers of the show. She was crying because despite the amount invested in the show, the returns weren’t coming. I told her ‘time and chance happen to all,’ and that so far she has sowed, she will definitely reap. I thereafter moved straight to the studio in Lagos and recorded the song.

As a songwriter signed to Five Star Music, I was even planning to sell the song to someone else, but Kcee said that he would release the song in my name.”
