Former Governor's Daughter, Kemi Olunloyo Returns to Jail

Kemi Omololu-Olunloyo, a daughter of the former governor of Oyo State - Victor Omololu-Olunloyo has again been remanded at the Port Harcourt prison in Rivers State after failing to perfect her bail conditions.

Controversial blogger and self-acclaimed investigative journalist, Kemi Omololu Olunloyo has been arrested by security operatives after failing to meet the financial terms of her bail condition.

 

According to the Canada deportee, her magistrate bail of N200,000 is yet to be perfected. Madam KOO as she is fondly called earlier spent about 81 days behind bars due to her inability to meet her irregular bail conditions.

 

Madam KOO earlier made the appeal below on Facebook before she announced her re-arrest.

 

She wrote:

 

"#BREAKING I may be rearrested. My magistrate bail of N200K was not perfected. The prison says the warrant was cancelled. Judicial error. My lawyers have to perfect the bail now. The complainant is suing me in both courts SIGH. Media will pounce on this! So unfair!!

 

They need a prison official here for probable cause. I am already in Federal high court which should supercede magistrate. Prison officials need that court order inviting them to court. I went to the prison fast with a dropcab. I am back in the courtroom.

 

The judiciary clerk said the order was not ready yesterday. This morning the court order to PRISON officials is still not ready. Failure of a judiciary Prison and courts seem to be enemies. God is here for my best interest!!

She wrote;

Nigeria's controversial journalist and social media personality, Kemi Olunloyo, who was recently released from a Port Harcourt prison after spending 81 days in detention, has revealed that she got married in prison.

 

Recall that the daughter of former governor of Oyo State, Victor Omololu Olunloyo, was remanded in prison for purportedly publishing materials believed to have defamed an influential cleric, Pastor David Ibiyeomie, of the Salvation Ministries in Port Harcourt.

I GOT MARRIED LIKE I PROMISED TO IN 2017. Yes I got MARRIED to someone in prison. This is my FIRST SUNDAY away from #PHMax prison. I lean towards Catholism and Islam which I grew up in and attended the Catholic church inside the prison. 

 

There are up to 4 churches and a mosque in there plus the Pentecostal churches that visits inmates weekly and bring us the word of God and provisions. I became a "bible reader". The same bible I ripped in 2016 as being a "storybook" of fiction may have been real. I studied what the prophets of old said. It seems unreal but these things likely happened.

 

But why are we commercializing religion and brainwashing the congregation? I will become a Woman of God very soon and use my prophetic abilities and bible story knowledge to apply wisdom to your lives. Prison always make all inmates spiritual...right?.

 

Hell No! Jesus shows up in the most expected places. Unlike the enemies of the #freethesheeple movement who are so Christ obsessed? I did not find #Jesus. He found me! Jesus is my first and new HUSBAND! I have never been married or divorced in my entire life. This will be an everlasting relationship.

Alleged Defamation: Court Grants Olunloyo N1m Bail

A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, yesterday granted Kemi Olunloyo bail in the sum of N1m.

The court, which gave its ruling based on a bail application made by the counsel for the defendant, also ordered the accused to submit her passport.

Olunloyo was arrested in Oyo State for allegedly publishing a story believed to be offensive to a frontline cleric, Pastor David Ibiyeomie.

In his ruling on the bail application, Justice H.I.O. Shamah explained that the offence was bailable.

Shamah noted that the accused must produce a surety, resident in the Port Harcourt metropolis with a verifiable address.

“The surety should also be a civil servant not below level 12 and must submit his or her letter of employment and staff identity card,” he added.

The case was adjourned till May 3, 2017.

Awwww!!! Dr. KEMI OMOLOLU-OLUNLOYO Pharma. D has dished out her medical advice and it is good. Nobody is perfect and sometimes our good advice or idea might come out wrongly, but that doesn't totally spoil the core of the importance. It is true there is a rise in child obesity, but concluding on a child without prior test and medical findings is professionally wrong. 

Some of the main factors that leads to Obesity truly include Overfeeding, lack of activities, hormonal imbalances and genetic factors. The measurement of these factors to determine the weight level of a child is done at a more active age. It is also a natural and well known medical fact that children have a level of fat retention to help combat cold in their surroundings and as they grow and become more active, most of the fat is lost to energy burning. 

If a child weighs 8.3lbs with a height of 60cm at almost 5 months, you can tell that such child is not fat, a fact that Aunty Kemi, my friend didn't check with me. It is also worthy to know that a child that feeds at 4oz (120ml) every 3 or 4 hour without breastfeeding has a healthy eating pattern. The fact that you are a pharmacist doesn't mean you know better.

The truth is I have cause to disagree with people and people with me, but I know Aunty Kemi, my friend will do better to make her findings before sharing. Thanks guys.
