Omg! This 'World's Most Advanced Piano' Can Play Any Song You Ask Without Anyone Touching It (Photo+Video)

An advanced piano has stunned onlookers and music lovers when it reeled out music even though no one was touching it.

A video has shown the world's most advanced self-playing piano at it's concert-standard best, during a demonstration outside Cambridge University's King's College.

Children, tourists and students were left stunned by the instrument's note perfect renditions of several musical genres, from pop to classical. Not only is the £9,000 piano built to look like a traditional mini grand, the keys move as if a concert pianist was playing.

What makes the piano, built by Cambridge firm Edelweiss, unique is its ability to play full audio, allowing it to play any genre of music. Edelweiss pitched up the piano in King's Parade in the city's centre for a day and played a variety of music throughout the day.

They filmed people's reactions as some danced, others looked on bemused and some even tried their hand at playing along. In the video one toddler is seen bashing the keys while another shows two women dancing on the city's cobbled streets.

Company director Ross Norman said: "Since my grandfather, a physicist, quit his job in 1975 to hand-build his own pianos-family life has revolved around the craft and the joy of live music. We still gather around the piano every weekend for a good old singalong. It's a wonderful experience; and one we wanted to share when we designed Edelweiss.
"Whether you play the piano, or not, we hope to bring the joy of live music back to living rooms everywhere. An Edelweiss literally brings the concert to you-whether relaxing at home with friends, or enjoying afternoon tea in the lobby of an elegant hotel.

"And for those who don't play once they hear the soulfulness of live piano played with such outstanding technical ability - they might just be inspired to learn. That's our hope, anyway."

The piano is fitted with the latest playback technology and a high fidelity speaker.

This means it sounds and plays exactly like a traditional piano, except it plays your favourite songs in full audio with vocals and backing tracks via an accompanying iPod.

All people need to do is swipe an app and the keys spring to life, with Elton John or Mozart, Norah Jones or Rachmaninov.
