A man has found himself in more trouble than he can handle after he was found out to have subjected a young girl to a brutal experience.

A 16-year-old Indian girl has been allegedly r*ped.

 

The young girl was brutally r*ped by her neighbour on the pretext of marriage, in Bhognipur police area of Kanpur Dehat district, India.

 

The man has since disappeared from sight after the incident.

 

According to Times of India, a case has been registered against the accused on Sunday.

 

As per police reports, the accused was identified as Chandrapal, who resides in the neighbourhood. Chandrapal had come in the victim's contact about eight months ago and the both started having an affair.

 

He promised to marry her and one day dragged her indoors and r*ped her while she was alone in the house.

 

Chandrapal later went back on is words and refused to marry the girl.

 

The girl then apprised her parents of the incident, who then reported the matter to the Bhognipur Kotwali police. Chandrapal is on the run.

 

"A case has been registered with the Bhognipur Kotwali police under Section 376 (punishment for rape), 363 (punishment for kidnapping), 366 (kidnapping, abducting or compelling woman to marriage etc) of the IPC, besides POCSO Act," SHO Bhognipur Anup Dubey, said.

 

A police official privy to the investigation said, "We have registered a case. The accused Chandrapal is absconding. Raids are on to arrest him."

Suraj Mahto, 22, hit the headlines in June when he abandoned his wife Lalita and married her mother, 42-year-old Asha Devi.

The unusual affair began when Mrs Devi came to stay with the couple in the village of Puraini in the impoverished state of Bihar last year. She looked after Mr Mahto when he became ill and they fell in forbidden love.

When she returned home he would ring her and they would talk for hours on the phone and would also visit her at her home.

Lalita found out about the affair and told her mother to stay away but she refused.

Lalita's cuckolded father, who worked in a factory in Delhi, was also unable to stop the passionate affair. Eventually, despite the objections of villagers, the couple eloped and married on June 1 this year in nearby Dhamdaha.

Two months on the couple have both realised they have made a crazy mistake. 

The Gulf News reported that Mr Mahto said: 'I have come to realise my folly now. I admit I have committed the mistake but will never repeat in future. 

'Now, I no longer treat her as my wife. Rather, I have started paying her regard as a mother.'

He said he would go on bended knee and beg Lalita to have him back. The couple have a son together. Mrs Devi is also seeking to undo her actions. 

She said of Mr Mahto: 'No longer do I treat him as my husband but as a son-in-law. We have already  filed a divorce petition in the court and I want to return to my husband as soon as possible.'

A father has landed in trouble after he forced his daughter to marry the man who brutally r*ped her instead of protecting her own daughter.

Adam Seaton was sentenced to 15-years in jail for the rape

 

A dad has been handed a jail term for forcing his pregnant 14-year-old daughter to marry the 24-year-old man who brutally r*ped her.

 

According to The Mirror, the dad took his daughter and her attacker more than 1,000 miles to Missouri, where teens under 15 are allowed to get married with parental consent in “special circumstances”, like pregnancy.

 

However, when he was later brought to court for forcing her daughter to marry the evil man who r*ped her. In a shocking outburst he told the judge: “If you get them pregnant then you marry them.”

 

However, the rapist has been handed a perfect judgement. The man identified as Adam Seaton, who is now 25, admitted rape in April, which was reduced to statutory rape during the trial. He is now serving a 15-year prison sentence, with sex offender treatment and substance abuse treatment.

 

While defending his client, the father's lawyer admitted that the man might have done what he did out of a “religious motivation"

The girl later lost the pregnancy.  

 

“[The victim] told me herself that her father asked her several times during the trip to Missouri, and even the day of the marriage, if it was something she wanted to do,” the lawyer added.

 

The dad was said to have “harboured and protected” a criminal by allowing the rapist to live with his teenage daughter.

 

But he told the court: “I love my daughter very much and I would never do anything to intentionally harm her or put her in harm’s way.

“I made the wrong decision, and I made that decision in duress.”

 

He was ordered to serve a suspended prison term of four years, and 120 days in a county jail.

 

The judge told him: “While you spend those 120 days in jail, perhaps you will think about the 120 days your daughter was in a vile farce of a marriage to a rapist.”
