Unbelievable: Man Confess Rape Or Murder Of 4 Year On Live TV

A man, known as Himmet Akturk has admitted to raping and killing a four-year-old girl during a live TV broadcast in Turkey. 

The broadcast which investigated Akturk’s crimes was handled by a TV presenter, Muge Anli, who had started looking into the disappearance of a four-year-old Irmak Kupal, who went missing while playing outside her home in the Alasehir district of western Turkey’s Manisa Province. 

Anli, who reportedly invited Akturk over for an investigative discussion on her Turkish TV show, which specialises on looking into family dramas and crimes, had allegedly, piled pressure on Akturk during his investigation of Irmak’s death, and was reported to have broken down, admitting being responsible for the victim’s death. 

He was immediately arrested by police and taken in for further questioning where he allegedly made a full confession, telling the police that he had raped Irmak, strangled her and then buried the body. He said he put her body in a sack, stashed it underneath his wheelbarrow and dropped it off in a public bin. But when he realised the bin had not been emptied the following day, he retrieved the body and buried it in a nearby vineyard. 

Police started digging in the area where he said he had disposed of her body and found the victim’s remains two days later. Officers working with police dogs also found hair and blood, believed to be from the victim, at Artuk’s home. The footage was part of his court case where he was then convicted until further hearing which will be held to determine his sentencing.

Father S3xually Assaults 2-Year Old As School Teacher Does Same To 6-Year Old Pupil

An Ikeja Magistrates’ Court in Lagos on Wednesday remanded, at the Kirikiri Prisons, Apapa, one Idris Abu who confessed to sexually abusing his two-year-old daughter.

The Magistrate, T. A. Elias, remanded Mr. Abu, 43, after he pleaded guilty.

Mr. Elias adjourned the case till October 19 for presentation of the facts of the case and sentencing.

Mr. Abu, a resident of Agege, Lagos, was arraigned for indecent treatment of a child.

The prosecutor, Rachael Donny, had told the court that the accused inserted his finger on his daughter’s private part on July 29 at his residence.

“The accused always inserted one of his fingers into his baby’s private part, ignoring her cries,” he said.

Mr. Donny, a police sergeant, said that the mother of the child noticed that the baby always complained that she felt pains on her private part.

The prosecutor said that the accused had earlier directed his wife to be sleeping in their parlour.

He said the accused told his wife that he wanted to be sharing their bedroom with only the child.

“The baby used to cry in the middle of the night; whenever the mother rushed to the room she caught her husband naked with their daughter, with his manhood erected while he was dipping his finger in her vagina,” she said.

According to the prosecutor, whenever the woman confronted the accused, he threatened her with divorce.

He noted that the offence contravened Section 135 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
The News Agency of Nigeria reports that the section provides for seven years imprisonment on conviction.

Teacher’s Assault

A 35-year-old primary school teacher, Ndubuisi Chukwu, was on Wednesday arraigned in an Ogudu Magistrates’ Court in Lagos for alleged sexual assault of a six-year-old.

The accused, a resident of Kojola, Ojodu-Berger area of Lagos State, was arraigned on a one-count charge of attempt to commit rape and sexual assault by penetration.

According to the prosecutor, Lucky Ihiehie, the complainant and mother of the victim came to the Ketu Police Station in company with the victim to report the incident.

He said the complainant came with a referral letter from Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Team at Alausa and reported that the accused had been sexually assaulting her daughter since June.
Ihiehie said the complainant told the police that the accused again recently attempted to rape her daughter, a primary two pupil, by forcefully trying to insert his manhood into her vagina.

“The complainant said that her daughter came back home on that fateful day complaining of pains in her private part.

“When the mother asked her if anyone touched her there, she said the accused called her into the fine arts room after the close of school and told her to remove her pant.

“She said the girl told her that the accused has been doing that to her and then he would bring out his manhood and rub it on her private part and then clean her up afterwards,” he said.

The offences, he said, contravened Section 260 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.
Mr. Chukwu, however, pleaded not guilty.

The counsel to the accused, Stanley Ughe, prayed the court to grant his client bail on liberal terms.

He said the accused has been a teacher in the school located at Omole phase 2, Ogba, for about 10 years and had never been associated with such an incident.

The Magistrate, O. Sule-Amzat, admitted the accused to bail in the sum of N100, 000 with two sureties in like sum.

One of the sureties, she said, must be a blood relation and must provide evidence of tax payments.
Ms. Sule-Amzat ordered that both sureties must deposit N50, 000 each into the Chief Registrar’s account and must be gainfully employed in a reputable and duly registered limited liability company.
The case was adjourned till November 3 for mention.

Police Launch Manhunt For Suspects Who Raped 23-Year Old Lady In Lagos

The Lagos State Police Command has launched a manhunt for the suspects who allegedly forced a 23-year-old lady, Judith (not real name), to smoke Indian hemp before taking turns to rape her at 106, Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway, around Pako Bus Stop, Lagos.

Saturday Punch learnt that the Commissioner of Police, Mr. Fatai Owoseni, requested a comprehensive report from the Isokoko Police Division, Agege, Lagos, after last week’s publication.

The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, Dolapo Badmos, told Punch on Thursday that the report arrived on Thursday.

She said, “The commissioner of police has directed that the case be transferred to our gender desk unit so that it can be given the seriousness it requires.

“The CP has said on no account should any DPO compromise on a rape case. A manhunt is on for the suspects at the moment.”

Saturday Punch had reported last week that Judith was raped on Sunday, August 28 by two men identified as Monaco and Wasiu, who are now on the run.

A third suspect, Olanrewaju Osinubi, was arrested in connection with the rape. The family said immediately Judith was found at the scene of the rape, he told them that he was the one who gave Indian hemp to the victim, claiming that she took it willingly.

Judith’s family said despite this, he was only charged to court for a lesser crime of obstructing police investigation.

But reacting to this, Badmos said Osinubi was charged to court for obstructing the police investigation because he had nothing to do with the rape.

She said, “He was not involved in the rape. After the family reported the rape at the Dopemu Police Division, they had to go and arrest the two suspects – Wasiu and Monaco. But Osinubi obstructed the policemen from entering the house. He said nobody would enter the house to make any arrest.

“While this was going on, the suspects escaped from the house. That was why Osinubi was detained and later charged for obstruction of police investigation. They would have been able to arrest the suspect if not because of the obstruction.

“They transferred the suspect to Isokoko Police Division because it is one of our family support units where experts handle cases of domestic and sexual violence. The Isokoko DPO’s report shows that the victim’s aunty, who reported the case even appealed to the police to release him so that they could settle it. They probably wanted him released because they had been promised some form of compensation.

“The DPO insisted he (Osinubi) had to be charged to court for what he did. The woman did not even say anything about Indian hemp. We have confirmed from the two divisions and they said the same thing. Even if Isokoko compromised, can Dopemu compromise? He was an accessory after the fact.

“Now, she is saying the man was involved while he was not. If we charged him for a crime he was not a part of, we will lose the case because there won’t be any evidence to prove it.” However, Judith has been bedridden since the incident, Saturday Punch learnt.

“She has not been able to leave the house. She has been bedridden and taking treatment since the incident occurred. Receipts for different drugs and treatment are piling up in the house,” her uncle said.

Meanwhile, the family said they are now being threatened in the neighbourhood by some individuals they do not know.

Judith’s uncle explained that on two separate occasions, an individual had come to their house to ask about his wife without identifying himself.

He said, “The third time this happened, my wife was in front of the bank in our neighbourhood and a man came to her and asked, ‘Do you know me?’ My wife was able to recognise him as someone she sometimes saw around the house where the rape occurred.

“She then told him, ‘Yes, I know you.’ But the man just turned and walked away. People have told us to leave the house for now because the boys who mill around that house (the crime scene) are violent. They smoke Indian hemp all the time.”

11-Month-Old Baby Raped For 2 Hours By Neighbour

An 11-month-old baby was allegedly abducted and raped by her neighbour in Delhi on Friday night.

The baby, from Vikaspuri, had been sleeping with her mother at a make-shift shelter in a police housing complex when she was taken to a nearby jungle and raped around 10pm, police say.

Her mother only realised she was missing around 11pm and informed police.

When Vikaspuri officers found arrived at the scene, they found the 11-month-old in an unconscious state and immediately took her to the intensive care unit at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital.

A senior officer said: ‘The girl was bleeding profusely. Doctors at the hospital have said that her condition is serious.

After discovering an abandoned mobile phone near the child, officers were able to trace it back to the suspect.

He added: ‘The police team was helped by the recovery of the mobile phone to track the location of the accused. We traced him to the labour camp.’

Police say the accused man lived with other workers in the building and that he admitted that he took the child around 10pm.

The officer said: ‘He said he then took her to the bushes beside a drain and raped her for nearly two hours.’

The man has now been charged with rape under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act and is being held at Tihar Jail.

The child’s father later told police: ‘I was horrified to see my daughter’s condition. Her clothes were torn and she had nail marks all over the body. The severe injuries might have a lifelong impact on her health.’.

Nicki Minaj's Brother's Wife Divorces Him As He Faces Trial For Raping 12-Year Old Girl

Nicki Minaj's brother has been slapped with divorce papers from his wife of a year just months after he was arrested over accusations that he sexually assaulted a 12-year-old girl.

Jelani Maraj, 37, was arrested last December for allegedly raping the girl in Long Island, New York, on more than one occasion in 2015.

He was charged with felony rapy charges including first-degree course of sexual conduct against a child and predatory sexual assault in Nassau County, New York, and faces 15 years to life in prison if he is convicted.

On August 18, Maraj's wife, Jacqueline Robinson, filed divorce papers in Nassau County, just days before the couple would have celebrated their one-year anniversary.

Robinson has not publicly commented on the rape charges Maraj is facing.

But the divorce is labeled 'Uncontested Matrimonial', meaning both parties agree to divorce and may have already reached an agreement over the division of their assets and property. The case is still pending in New York court.

Three Neighbors S3xually Molest 13-Year Old Pupil In Lagos Till She Got Pregnant

The Lagos State Police Command has arrested a 60-year-old man and two others alleged to have repeatedly gang-raped a 13-year-old primary six pupil until she became pregnant, in Majidun area of Lagos.

There is, however, a twist to the rape saga as the victim’s mother has raised the alarm over threat to her life by the suspects: Baba Ijebu, 60, Kingsley and Henry, for reporting the matter to the police.

The suspects, who all live in the same area with the victim, were alleged to have been sleeping with her since May.

As at yesterday, the teenager, identified simply as Ijeoma, was said to be three months pregnant.

A resident, who spoke on condition of anonymity, disclosed that “she was raped consistently by these three persons. They usually slept with her whenever her mother went for vigil and at the end, they would give her N100 or N200.”

The bubble burst after a neighbour, who discovered the ongoing abuse of the teenager, advised her to tell her mother but she was said to have declined, arguing that her mother would kill her.

Speaking with Vanguard, the victim’s mother, who refused to disclose her name, said she became suspicious after she noticed some changes in her daughter and when taken to the hospital, she was discovered to be three months pregnant.

She said: “They were arrested by policemen at Owutu Division, but released. Now they are threatening me for reporting to the police. Kingsley and Henry live in the same compound with us, while Baba Ijebu lives at the opposite compound.

“Baba Ijebu offered me N1,000 to take care of my pregnant daughter, but I did not collect it. Kingsley claimed he only fingered my daughter.”

‘I was charmed’

The primary six pupil said: “The first time was with Uncle Kingsley. That night I was passing in front of his room, when he said he wanted to send me on an errand. “Immediately I entered his room, he closed the door and when I asked him why he did that, he carried me to his bed and slept with me.

“The second man is Baba Ijebu. I went to his place to collect one of the things we used to make soap.

When I got inside, he touched me with something in his hand and I did not know what happened until I found myself in his bed with my pants off, while he was beside me.

“Immediately I realised this, I cried and shouted, but he said I would die if I told anyone.

The third man’s name is Henry. In his case, he called me into his room and said that my mummy sent him to me. But when I got to him, he pinned me to his bed and raped me. I shouted, but nobody was there to help me. I couldn’t tell my mummy because I was afraid she would kill me.”

Meanwhile, Project Director, Community Women’s Right Foundation, Alhaji Lateef Akinborode, has vowed to get justice for the 13-year-old girl and her mother. He said: “It is unfortunate that people are taking advantage of the less-privileged in the society, and by God’s grace, we will see this case to its logical conclusion by making the offenders serve as deterrents to others.”

Girl Raped, Stabbed, Cut Into Pieces On Her 10th Birthday By Her Mother’s BF & Cousin Without Mom Saying A Word

On the day a girl was going to celebrate her 10th birthday, she was found murdered in her family's apartment in New Mexico by police officers, her dismembered remains wrapped in a burning blanket.

Details of what Gov. Susana Martinez and law enforcement officials described as an unspeakable crime emerged Thursday in a criminal complaint made public and filed against the girl's mother, her boyfriend and his cousin. The three were arrested late Wednesday night.

Police say the girl, identified Thursday afternoon as Victoria Martens, was injected with methamphetamine, sexually assaulted, strangled and stabbed before being dismembered. 

Early Wednesday morning, police received a call about a disturbance inside a unit at the Arroyo Villas Apartment Complex on Irving Boulevard. Officers who responded to the address came upon a gruesome crime scene in the bathroom, said Albuquerque Police Chief Gorden Eden. 

'This is a horrific tragedy for our community,' Eden told reporters. 'I want to assure the public that we will pursue justice and we will make sure that we exhaust every resource into this investigation.'

The girl's mother, 35-year-old Michelle Martens, her 31-year-old boyfriend, Fabian Gonzales, and his 31-year-old cousin, Jessica Kelley, face charges of child abuse resulting in death, kidnapping and tampering with evidence. 

Gonzales and Kelley have also been charged with criminal sexual penetration of a minor.

According to the criminal complaint, Martens made a confession, telling police Gonzales drugged the girl so he could 'calm her down' and have sex with her. She said Kelley held her hand over the child's mouth and she stabbed the girl in the stomach after Gonzales had choked her.

The complaint also states that the mother, who also has a younger son, told investigators that Gonzales and Kelley dismembered Victoria.

One of the police officers who arrived at the apartment found the girl's body in a bathroom, rolled up in a blanket that had been set on fire. The officer put it out.

Some of her remains were found in a plastic bag in a hamper near the kitchen, reported The Albuquerque Journal, citing court records.

8 years old girl raped by Jigawa Monarch

The Jigawa State Police Command has arrested a 60-year-old traditional ruler, Abubakar Ya’u, for allegedly raping an eight-year-old primary school pupil.

The traditional ruler, who is the village head of Kargo in Garki Local Government Area of Jigawa State, was paraded at the State Police Command Headquarters alongside three other rapists arrested at different locations within the state.

The command’s spokesperson, Abdu Jinjiri, who represented the Commissioner of Police, Mr Henry Fadairo, disclosed that the arrest of the village head, followed complaints lodged by the victim’s mother at the Garki Police Station that her daughter was abducted on her way to school and raped by Ya’u *sigh*

In an interview with newsmen, the arrested monarch denied the accusations, insisting that he never committed such an offence, claiming rather that he had a dispute with the mother of the said victim over a debt.

According to the police spokesperson, the command has recorded no fewer than 57 rape cases from January to June this year adding that 32 of these involved girls and 25 are of sodomy against minors.

A dad has been handed a jail term for forcing his pregnant 14-year-old daughter to marry the 24-year-old man who brutally r*ped her.

 

According to The Mirror, the dad took his daughter and her attacker more than 1,000 miles to Missouri, where teens under 15 are allowed to get married with parental consent in “special circumstances”, like pregnancy.

 

However, when he was later brought to court for forcing her daughter to marry the evil man who r*ped her. In a shocking outburst he told the judge: “If you get them pregnant then you marry them.”

 

However, the rapist has been handed a perfect judgement. The man identified as Adam Seaton, who is now 25, admitted rape in April, which was reduced to statutory rape during the trial. He is now serving a 15-year prison sentence, with sex offender treatment and substance abuse treatment.

 

While defending his client, the father's lawyer admitted that the man might have done what he did out of a “religious motivation"

The girl later lost the pregnancy.  

 

“[The victim] told me herself that her father asked her several times during the trip to Missouri, and even the day of the marriage, if it was something she wanted to do,” the lawyer added.

 

The dad was said to have “harboured and protected” a criminal by allowing the rapist to live with his teenage daughter.

 

But he told the court: “I love my daughter very much and I would never do anything to intentionally harm her or put her in harm’s way.

“I made the wrong decision, and I made that decision in duress.”

 

He was ordered to serve a suspended prison term of four years, and 120 days in a county jail.

 

The judge told him: “While you spend those 120 days in jail, perhaps you will think about the 120 days your daughter was in a vile farce of a marriage to a rapist.”
