A school teacher has been found out to have seduced a young pupil of hers and made him have s*x with her several times.

The lurid details of a shocking threesome between two female high school teachers and a 16-year-old student football player, has been revealed in court.

 

According to The Sun UK, Prosecutors in Destrehan, Louisiana, revealed how married teacher Shelley Dufresne, 34, used a fake Facebook account to exchange explicit messages with the teen during their illicit affair which took place during August and September, 2014.

 

Dufresne, who pleaded not guilty to two counts of carnal knowledge of a juvenile, waived her right to a jury trial in favour of having a judge preside over the case in Jefferson Parish.

 

The mum-of-three faces 10 years behind bars if she is convicted along with a £3,900 fine.

 

She was also charged in St. Charles Parish where she had to register as a sex offender as part of a plea deal to avoid being jailed, reports Fox 8.

 

The court heard how the Destrehan High School teacher had sex around 40 times with the 16-year old boy after football practice in her car and home.

 

It was also revealed that Dufresne had created a fake Facebook account under the name ‘Madison Mexicano’ with the caption “I love Mexican boys” which was reportedly a private joke between the teacher and pupil.

 

A message to the student from the account after the first sexual encounter read: “Good morning s*xy.”

 

St. Charles Parish deputy Lt. Clint Patterson confirmed he obtained search warrants for the student’s phone and a mobile belonging to 26-year-old Rachel Respess, the other teacher accused of having s*x with students, reports Fox 8.

 

The teen, now 19, shocked the court when he testified about the alleged threesome he had with the two teachers in September 2014.

 

He said: “Then I remember Dufresne and Respess were kissing, they had given each other oral sex, then I proceeded to have sex with Shelley and that was it.”

 

Defence attorneys argued that the boy did not have a sexual encounter with both teachers because he was not able to get an erection.

 

“She offered to buy me a pill to help me get an erection while she was getting cigarettes,” the teen testified, referring to Dufresne.

 

The young football star reportedly filmed himself placing his “private parts” on the face of Respess – while she was passed out from drinking, reports the New Orleans Advocate.

 

The student then showed the video to his friends in the football locker room which led to authorities being tipped off about the incident.

 

While cops did not find the footage they have interviewed pupils who were shown it.

 

The defence argued that there was never a consequence for the alleged victim claiming he had lied to police during the investigation and blackmailed Dufresne with nude photos.

 

When asked why he deleted evidence from his phone the boy responded: “I was scared, I was nervous, I didn’t know what would happen.”

 

A hearing in Rachel Respess’ case is set for next month.

She has however been jailed for the act.

 

According to The Sun UK, Nicole Wilfinger, 37, of Las Vegas, Nevada, will also be required to register as a s*x offender after her ‘sickening’ crime.

 

The former high school maths teacher had a journal on her phone with dates marking horrifying milestones like ‘June 31 – First time he kissed me on my bed’, ‘July 11 – First time we had s*x’ and ‘April 4 – First time he was a cowboy for me’.

 

District Judge William Kephart told the former educator her actions were “sickening” as he ordered her to serve 28 to 72 months behind bars on one count of statutory s*xual seduction and one count of sexual conduct between certain employees or volunteers of school and pupil.

 

She pleaded guilty to her crimes in August.

 

The abuse started when the former student was 14, authorities said.

 

She became a family friend when Wilfinger was coaching the boy’s football team, reports KTNV.

 

Wilfinger and the teenaged victim both told police they had sex three times, reports the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

 

A tearful Wilfinger apologised to the judge and said her: “Lapse in judgment affected so many people.”

 

Cops said nearly 2,000 phone calls were exchanged between Wilfinger and the student and recovered recovered 156 text messages and 325 images that had been deleted from her phone.

 

“I know that I made poor choices,” Wilfinger added, according to Las Vegas Now.

The boy’s mother read out an emotional impact statement describing her son’s ordeal.

“I’ve had to hold him in my arms while he cried his eyes out,” she said.

 

“I’ve seen him scared watching out the windows of the house looking to see if she was around because she’s driven past his bus stop.”

According to the prosecutor, Inspector S. Imhonwa, the offence committed was punishable under Section 261 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.

 

The magistrate granted him N500,000 bail with two sureties in like sum and adjourned the case until January 12, 2017 for DPP’s advice.

According to Daily Sun ZA, Andile Nene (25) from Silethukukhanya High School in Mtubatuba, northern KZN, claimed a fellow teacher beat her on the head with a broomstick on Thursday. She claimed the fight started when the other teacher refused to move out of the way for her to enter the staff room.

 

“There wasn’t a lot of space in the doorway but she started shouting at me for touching her as I entered the room. I politely apologised to her,” she said.

 

According to the victim, she had prepared her lessons in the staff room, not knowing her colleague was waiting for her outside.

 

“When I left the room she asked me why I undermined her and picked up a steel broomstick. She started beating me, but I took the broom from her,” Andile claimed.

 

She said she ran to the principal’s office because she was bleeding and pupils were laughing. Later, police arrived and took Anele in for statement. 

“What irritates me is that she thinks she can just pay me to withdraw the case. She begged me to name my price and not open a case,” she said.

 

SGB chairman, Siya Khumalo said: “We were shocked by the incident, but the matter was reported to the district office.”

 

Education department spokesman Sihle Mlotshwa said: “We are not aware of the incident. We condemn such behaviour in the strongest possible terms.”

 

Police spokesman, Lieutenant-Colonel Thulani Zwane confirmed that a case of assault with intent to cause grievous bodily harm was opened at Mtubatuba cop shop.

A teacher has hanged herself after being dumped by her boyfriend, an inquest has heard. The family of Katie Humpage, 32, also detailed how they tragically discovered her body at her Walsall home in the West Midlands on July 26.

Black Country Coroner Zafar Saddique today recorded a verdict of a suicide over the death of the popular teacher.

Ms Humpage taught English at South Wolverhampton and Bilston Academy, where she met her partner Joe Clarke. The inquest at Black Country Coroners Court heard Ms Humpage initially took a overdose in June after Mr Clarke broke up with her after two years together.

Katie was offered support by the mental health unit at Walsall Manor Hospital after but she declined the help, saying she did not want to die.

Mr Clarke told the inquest: "We went on holiday but I ended the relationship soon after we arrived back, as I could not see a future together."

He said Katie had told him via text message she overdosed due to the break-up but later tried to retract the statement.

He said had no reason to believe Katie would then go on to commit suicide. The inquest was told that by July she seemed to be getting over the break-up before taking another bad turn.

She was upset when she spoke to her mum on the phone on the day of death about the break-up and how she could see little point going on with her life.

Katie’s stepfather Lee Horney told the inquest he grew concerned when he called her but received no answer.

"I was worried so I went to her house," he said.

"I had my own key. Her house was in darkness. I eventually gained entry and went upstairs, which is where I found Katie lying on the bed.

"I called the ambulance and was about to perform CPR. But the paramedics arrived and she had already passed away."

Teachers In Rivers Threaten To Shut Down Schools Over Unpaid Salaries

Teachers in Rivers State have threatened to shut down schools over their unpaid seven months salaries.

The Nigerian Union of Teachers, NUT, Rivers State Wing, disclosed this in a communiqué after its State Executive Council meeting, weekend.

In a statement, the state Chairman of NUT, Mr. Nkpogone Dumnataah and the Secretary, Dr. Okechukwu Nwachukwu, said the union resolved that it would call out its members from the classrooms if they were not paid 24 days after resumption.

The body urged its members to resume academic activities as the session begins on Wednesday, but vowed to lay down tools if the government fails to meet their demand for the payment of their salary arrears.

The statement said: “After due consideration, the trust the union has in the government of Rivers State and in the interest of our younger generations, the union, hereby, urges all teachers to resume school by September 14, 2016.

“The state government should, as much as possible, clear the backlog of salaries from February to August owed teachers of Rivers State. If the backlogs of salaries owed are not cleared between now and October 8, 2016, the union will have no option than to call out teachers from the classrooms to avoid imminent danger of a teacher slumping in the presence of his or her students or pupils.”

The teachers’ union also called on the state government to revisit the promotion of teachers in the state which, according to it, has been long overdue.
